Rolling Road Commerce Center at Rutherford Business Center
Rolling Road Commerce Center is a 71,000 square foot flex office and warehouse facility located in Baltimore County, Maryland. One area of F.M. Harvey's expertise is construction management with a strong emphasis on scheduling and coordination of trade contractors. These were deciding factors in the negotiations with the Owner for the construction of this project. In conjunction with this project, F.M. Harvey Construction Co. constructed a ten (10) building, 67,000 square foot mini storage complex on the adjacent site. F.M. Harvey Construction Co. established a construction budget for the Owner and developed and met an extremely aggressive construction schedule to facilitate early occupancy of the leased space by our client in a short period of time.
