Valley Baptist Church
Valley Baptist Church began as a typical bid/build project. After the bids were received, it was revealed that the proposed project for a daycare and educational facility had come in over budget by approximately $100,000. At this time, Valley Baptist Church enlisted the services of F.M. Harvey Construction Co., Inc. as a Construction Manager to value engineer the project to achieve the original budget. We worked closely with the Owner, Architect and Subcontractors to achieve a seemingly impossible task. The project was then released and completed ahead of schedule and within the proposed budget.
