St. Pauls
Church
To Whom It May Concern:
Recently, St. Pauls
Roman Catholic Congregation, Inc., and the Archdiocese of Baltimore
entered into an agreement with the F.M. Harvey Construction Company
to build an addition to our one hundred and sixty-two year-old church.
Today we are completely satisfied with their work, and continue
to receive compliments for the quality and craftsmanship of the
finished product.
During construction time, while
there were significant challenges in dealing with a project addressing
a building of many years, and one that was not constructed according
to what we today would call code, nonetheless, F.M.
Harvey Company provided our Congregation with top notch service.
Their willingness to consult in order to make sure that as the new
construction progressed our expectations were being met was outstanding.
There is no doubt in my mind that F.M. Harvey Construction Company
maintained at a very high level of professionalism in meeting the
interests of both the parish and the Archdiocese. Where some proposals
in drawing and design could be altered at a savings, while, at the
same time, fulfilling the aims and objectives of the parish, Frank
Harvey Jr. and Superintendent Buddy Kaufman readily brought these
kinds of details to our attention even though this might be a fiscal
sacrifice for the company.
On a personal level, the employees
of F.M. Harvey without exception, were outstanding in their courtesy,
consideration, attention to detail and willingness to share their
time in explanations and cautions as the latter arose. In short,
I have no hesitation in recommending F.M. Harvey Construction Company
without reservation.
Sincerely,
(Rev.) Thomas J. Donaghy, Ph.D.
