St. Joseph Catholic School - Fullerton

We, the graduating class of 2002, would like to dedicate our yearbook to the F.M. Harvey Company, working on our new building. We are very thankful for their hard work in constructing our new parish center. They have worked around our school schedules. They are very dedicated in completing the building. They start work at very early hours before some of us even get to school, and work until after dismissal. Although we hardly ever see them, we know they are always there because of the constant sound of saws and machines. We would like to thank them for all their hard work, and let them know that we are grateful.

God Bless,
The Graduating Class of 2002

St. Paul’s Church

To Whom It May Concern:

Recently, St. Paul’s Roman Catholic Congregation, Inc., and the Archdiocese of Baltimore entered into an agreement with the F.M. Harvey Construction Company to build an addition to our one hundred and sixty-two year-old church. Today we are completely satisfied with their work, and continue to receive compliments for the quality and craftsmanship of the finished product.
During construction time, while there were significant challenges in dealing with a project addressing a building of many years, and one that was not constructed according to what we today would call “code,” nonetheless, F.M. Harvey Company provided our Congregation with top notch service. Their willingness to consult in order to make sure that as the new construction progressed our expectations were being met was outstanding. There is no doubt in my mind that F.M. Harvey Construction Company maintained at a very high level of professionalism in meeting the interests of both the parish and the Archdiocese. Where some proposals in drawing and design could be altered at a savings, while, at the same time, fulfilling the aims and objectives of the parish, Frank Harvey Jr. and Superintendent Buddy Kaufman readily brought these kinds of details to our attention even though this might be a fiscal sacrifice for the company.
On a personal level, the employees of F.M. Harvey without exception, were outstanding in their courtesy, consideration, attention to detail and willingness to share their time in explanations and cautions as the latter arose. In short, I have no hesitation in recommending F.M. Harvey Construction Company without reservation.

Sincerely,
(Rev.) Thomas J. Donaghy, Ph.D.

Saint Peter’s Episcopal Church

Dear Mr. Harvey,

I just handed Mr. David Ambrose the check for final payment on the work he supervised here at Saint Peter’s, Ellicott City. Everyone involved in the project here at Saint Peter’s was impressed with David’s professional approach and attention to every stage and detail of the development of our property. He was prepared for every meeting, always giving us a clear picture of what was and was not happening. His advice on change orders was always helpful. His handling of the subcontractors and scheduling them around the needs of the parish was always considerate.
Most of all, when we called with a question or a problem, he always treated us as if we were a top priority and got back to us with a solution within 24 hours.
I want to thank you for assigning David to this project. He represented F.M. Harvey Construction Company with distinction throughout what has been a long and difficult project. His commitment to helping us realize our vision for what this property can be has helped to make our church more accessible to more people. Everyone, parishioners, visitors, and even one of our investment bankers, has commented positively on the outcome, and that most of that praise goes to David. You can be assured that due to his performance we will look to F.M. Harvey Construction Company in the future when we are ready to build the new addition to our facility.

Faithfully yours,
Kirk Alan Kubicek
Rector

Epworth United Methodist Church

Dear Frank,

Everyone is thrilled by the swift work on our church project. After the months of waiting, your rapid progress has been a wonderful antidote.
Also, people are pleased by the way you have blocked off the construction areas. We are very excited about the handicapped ramp and new East entrance. Looks great.

Thanks,
Ed Fishel
