St. Paul's Catholic Church
St. Paul's Catholic Church located in Ellicott City incorporates the construction of a new 2-story addition. The addition consists of approximately 2,350 square feet at the main level, 1,084 square feet of balcony space at the upper level and 1,280 square feet in the partial basement. As Construction Manager, F.M. Harvey Construction Co., Inc. assisted the Architect with the preparation of Design Documents as well as Construction Documents and worked closely with the Owner and Architect to provide a finished product within the budget and construction schedule.
