Silver Spring Station
Clubhouse located in White Marsh, MD was constructed
for this developer as an amenity to this residential community to
allow the residents to have access to a multi-purpose facility for
community and private functions which includes a new fitness center.
The clubhouse is directly adjacent to the community pool and is
surrounded by beautiful landscape plantings, benches and stone paver
walkways. Many of the exterior materials used in the construction
are synthetic and composite materials to reduce maintenance. The
interior features coffer ceilings with crown, chair and base moldings,
a built in marble surrounded fireplace and entertainment center.
This facility also includes a complete fitness center along with
leasing offices and the developer’s regional offices as well.
