The Roland Run Club
The Roland Run Club
located in Lutherville, MD needed new facilities for their 3-pool
complex. F.M. Harvey was contracted for the construction management
project which included razing the old pool house structure, a new
pool house, new pump equipment building, new storage shed and a
major rework of all aging utilities. All site work was also included.
Despite a tight schedule and many changes made throughout the building
phase to accommodate the Owner’s building committee, the building
was delivered on time for the Memorial Day opening. The pool house
is very striking in its appearance and includes management offices,
locker/shower rooms, a commercial kitchen and dining and recreation
areas.
