Epworth United Methodist Church
Epworth United Methodist Church, which is located in Hunt Valley, Maryland, was a very difficult project to achieve due to the needs versus the strict budget. The conceptual designs for a daycare and educational facility were brought to F.M. Harvey Construction Co., Inc. in the very early stages for preliminary pricing. This project was put on hold a few years ago because the designs were more expensive than their budget would allow, so we were fully aware that we would have to bring this project within the allotted budget sum. F.M. Harvey Construction Co., Inc. provided several estimates as the design progressed to keep the project in line. After the construction documents were complete, we provided a final estimate along with several value engineering options and succeeded in bringing the project within the budget and the project has now finally become a reality.
