Project:
Fila USA, Inc.

The Fila Project
was the complete renovation of the 100,000 square foot former Farmer's
Credit Building. F.M. Harvey completely gutted the interior as well
as carved a new entrance into the building. The goal was to begin
construction in the spring of 1996 and occupy the building by Christmas
of the same year.
F.M. Harvey
was hired as Construction Manager to ensure the success of this
goal. F.M. Harvey worked closely with the Owner and the Architect
to modify the drawings and products to achieve the completion of
the project within the rigid schedule and budget without compromising
quality or construction. The project was a complete success for
all of the team members and has since been featured on the cover
of Interior Design Magazine as well as received an award for "Best
Large Office" in 1997 in Interiors
Magazine.
