Sample Project: Advance Bank
Located in the Seton Industrial Park, this building was erected to double as a main headquarters/branch bank for Advance Bank, a growing bank in Baltimore City. The project incorporates split face block and aluminum curtain wall with Blue Eclipse glass to give a dramatic stand-alone appearance in an otherwise plain industrial park. This headquarters facility includes an internal branch bank located on the first floor featuring an eclectic design. Offices are located on the second and third floors which house the officers and the accounting department for the bank. 4801 Seton Drive Architect
