Symphony Manor Assisted Living and Memory Care
is located in historic Roland Park is a 3-story, 55,000 square foot Assisted Living Facility with one floor dedicated to Memory Care. F.M. Harvey Construction Co. acted as a partner with the ownership group/developer to facilitate the design and construction of the facility. The project was successfully completed within the restricted covenants of the neighborhood association, and was on time and under budget.

City Neighbors Charter School

City Neighbors Charter School is located just off Belair Road in Baltimore. This Charter School was started to provide city residents with an alternative to the Baltimore City School system for parents and students with higher education goals. The school portion of the building belonging to Epiphany Lutheran Church is 21,000 square feet and encompasses three (3) floors with potential growth for a 4th floor. The project scope is for a total renovation including new electrical systems, telephone/data systems, plumbing systems, sprinkler systems, emergency egress windows, doors and interior finishes for Classrooms, Atelier/Ceramics, Library, Science and Technology, Music and ADA upgrades for Kindergarten through 6th grade.

The facility is situated on 7 scenic acres surrounded by full growth woodlands and fronted by a natural stream. It is in close proximity to major shopping venues, recreational facilities and places of worship. Construction consists of brick and siding exterior, energy efficient Low-E windows and asphalt shingle roof. Interior amenities include dual elevator, beauty salon, multi-purpose room, dining rooms on 3 floors, laundry facilities, in-room kitchenettes, activity rooms on each floor, library, bistro, and private dining areas.

City Neighbors Charter School – Phase II located in Hamilton on Sefton Avenue is a 58,000 square foot renovation to an existing high school previously owned by Baltimore City. The project entailed renovations to all classrooms, offices, and the cafeteria. The project also included the removal and replacement of all windows and the demolition of a 20,000 square foot separate one-story building which also included creating an elevated parking lot on its remaining slab.

Johns Hopkins University – Dell House

The Dell House located just one (1) block north of the Press Building was a fast-paced renovation of the existing dormitory building to office and training space. Despite not receiving permits in a timely manner, F.M. Harvey was able to coordinate and work with the Owner to maintain the schedule and budgets. The project was a success for all involved.

Timonium United Methodist Church

The Timonium United Methodist Church located in Timonium, MD is a multi-story church in which we installed a new LULA elevator and handicap toilet facilities in the existing sanctuary.

As General Contractor, we assisted the Architect and Engineer with incorporating the design into the small area with minimal disruption to church activities while bringing the church up to ADA requirements.
