<p><strong><em><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-237" title="City Neighbors Charter School" src="http://www.fmharvey.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/city_neighbors-300x216.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="216" />City Neighbors Charter School </em></strong>is located just off Belair Road in Baltimore.  This Charter School was started to provide city residents with an alternative to the Baltimore City School system for parents and students with higher education goals.  The school portion of the building belonging to Epiphany Lutheran Church is 21,000 square feet and encompasses three (3) floors with potential growth for a 4th floor.  The project scope is for a total renovation including new electrical systems, telephone/data systems, plumbing systems, sprinkler systems, emergency egress windows, doors and interior finishes for Classrooms, Atelier/Ceramics, Library, Science and Technology, Music and ADA upgrades for Kindergarten through 6th grade.</p>
